On 18th of August, 2020, the signing ceremony between Rhein-Koester and DRTT (Development Research Think Tank of China), was held in Beijing (China) Think Tank Innovation Science Park. Zhang Shiyu, the president of DRTT; Ma Jianrui, the vice president of DRTT; Sun Gang, the director of  Business development; Sun Dawei, the director of Regional Research office; Xu Qian, director of Industry Research Office; Zhao Rui, the Researcher of Industry Research Office; Cui Zhi, the chairman of Rhein-Koester; Chen Peng, the vice GM of Rhein-Koester attended the ceremony. Ma Jianrui conducted the ceremony. 

Zhang Shiyu, the president of DRTT, indicated that the business of Rhein-Koester integrated intelligent manufacturing talent development, R&D of intelligent production line, education equipment production, Sino-German technology transfer, Industrial service and other German senior technological resources. The DRTT would fully support Rhein-Koester establishing Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Public R&D Service Platform, building ‘Intelligent Brain’ for the future industry and constructing close-loop of industry chain. 

Ma Jianrui indicated that, the cooperation between DRTT and Rhein-Koester is diverserfied and continuable. Based on the cooperation, the advantage resources of both parties shall be integrated to support industrial enhancement in regions. Lastly, he indicated that ‘Developing regional industries into intelligent is the advantage of Rhein-Koester and the social responsibilities of DRTT’. 

Cui Zhi, the chairman of Rhein-Koester, indicated that the established partnership between two parties is a good moment which especially industries are under industrial transformation. Since the cooperation, both parties shall carry out policy research, policy guidance, policy supports and integration of resources. Based on the developing experience and models of Rhein-Koester, we shall develop the ‘Intelligent Manufacturing Compound Talent Development Training System’ and introduce German premium educational resources into domestic of  china, such as the advanced technologies, facilities, software and talents. He believe both parties would successfully support industrial development and talent development, and further enhance the development of regional economy. 

In accordance with the agreement, Rhein-Koester and DRTT shall starts cooperation from aspects of policy research, jointly-organized forum, platform construction and  trainings. Both parties will promote the development of vocational education, explore model of public service platform, and promote establishment of regional platform to support industrial transformation.
