On May
18, 2023, the strategic cooperation signing ceremony and unveiling ceremony of
the teacher training base were successfully held at the Delian Building of
Shandong Taishan Technician Institute. Attendees included Zhou Xuezhi, Member
of the Party Group and Deputy Mayor of Feicheng City; Li Qingqun, Deputy
Secretary of the College Party Committee and Executive Vice President; Chen
Peng, Deputy General Manager of Rhein Koester; Nils Bremser, Assistant to the
Director of the Bavarian Education and Digitalization Research Institute of
Germany, and other leaders from the school and enterprise representatives from
11 companies in Feicheng City. The ceremony was presided over by Wen Lingzi.

Secretary Li Qingqun introduced the overview of the college and its
achievements in cultivating high-skilled talents, leading effects, and local
characteristic professional construction. He stated that this strategic
cooperation provides a higher-level platform and carrier for expanding
school-enterprise cooperation and deepening the integration of industry and
education. It marks a substantive step for the internationalization of
vocational education in Feicheng City. In the next step, the college will fully
learn from and draw on Germany’s advanced vocational education concepts,
further innovate teaching methods, enrich teaching resources, and enhance the
level of faculty to cultivate higher-quality compound skilled talents for local
economic development.
Deputy
General Manager Chen Peng introduced the company’s work philosophy and
experience in integrating German dual system education and Industry 4.0
technology standards, creating the integration of Sino-German intelligent
manufacturing industry and education. He hoped that the trilateral cooperation
among Chinese and German enterprises can closely collaborate in talent
cultivation, academic exchanges, international cooperation, and teaching
practice, and jointly explore new fields, approaches, and models for school-enterprise
cooperation.
Nils
Bremser expressed sincere gratitude to the participants and promoters of the
cooperation project. He introduced the main practices of the research institute
in promoting the German dual system, seamless integration of talent cultivation
and enterprise needs, and the connection between China’s intelligent
manufacturing industry and Germany’s Industry 4.0 industry. He also stated that
the research institute will provide strong assistance to the college in the
design of German dual system courses, teacher training, teaching methods, and
curriculum development, and once again congratulated the successful signing
ceremony of the trilateral cooperation agreement.
