Luoyang City’s “Dual-Qualified” Teacher Delegation Visits Rhein Köster for School-Enterprise Exchange Activities

On May 20, 2025, a delegation of over 50 participants from Luoyang Secondary Vocational School’s “Dual-Qualified” Teacher Competency Enhancement Training Program visited Rhein Köster for school-enterprise exchange activities.Organized by the Luoyang Education Bureau, hosted by the Luoyang Teacher Development Center, and co-organized by Shandong University of Technology, the event focused on upgrading “dual-qualified” teachers’ capabilities and innovative practices in industry-education integration. It aimed to foster in-depth dialogue between schools and enterprises, promote precise alignment between vocational education and industry needs, and inject new vitality into the high-quality development of vocational education in Luoyang.

The delegation visited the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base operated by Rhein Köster, where they observed:The internship and practical training sessions for Dalian Polytechnic University’s Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering majors，The hands-on training classes of the “AI + Sino-German Rhein Smart Craftsman Class” students.

During the event, Zhang Yonghua, Channel Director of  Rhein Köster,, delivered a keynote lecture titled “Sino-German Dual Vocational Elite Program: Localized Practice and Innovation”, with special emphasis on promoting the “Sino-German Dual Vocational Elite Program – Paid University Study Initiative”.

At the conclusion of the lecture, participating teachers and enterprise representatives engaged in lively discussions focusing on Curriculum design of the “Paid Study Program”,School-enterprise collaboration mechanisms.
