On 22 May 2023, the Career Planning Presentation
held by Rhein Koester was held in the lecture hall of Sino-German Smart
Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base. Nearly 200
prospective graduates from eight institutions, including Zibo Vocational
Institute, Pingdu Technicial Institute and Weihai Vocational Institute,
attended the presentation.
During the presentation, Sun Lei, the General Manager
of Intelligent Wisdom, helped the students to determine their future career
planning in the form of “dry” lecture + interactive interview from
the aspects of career planning, company situation and development guarantee,
and drove the atmosphere of the presentation with rich cases, humorous language
and good interaction, and actively answered the questions raised by students
and substitute teachers on the spot.
The presentation opened a new window for students
to understand the company, helped them to determine their future career
planning, enhanced their understanding of the current employment situation and
the needs of employers, motivated them to position themselves more accurately,
realized their accurate positioning of reality and ideals and scientific career
planning, built a better employment platform for students’ smooth employment,
broadened employment channels, and promoted students to achieve “fast
employment”, “stable employment” and “high quality
employment”.
