On
June 30, 2023, the High-tech Industrial Development and Informationization
Bureau of Zibo High-tech Zone, in collaboration with Rhein Koester,
successfully concluded a high-tech talent skill enhancement training program at
the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration
Demonstration Base. Approximately 120 technical personnel from nearly 30
companies, including Shandong Xinhua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Shandong Xinhua
Medical Devices Co., Ltd., Zichai Power Co., Ltd., Shandong Kaitai Petrochemical
Co., Ltd., participated in this training event.
In the next phase, Rhein Koester will leverage
this training as an opportunity to offer high-quality talent development
services to more enterprises. This will further elevate the overall
professional skill levels of company employees, contribute to the establishment
of a skilled workforce within the corporate sector, and provide a greater
reservoir of skilled talent for regional economic and social development. This
initiative aims to drive essential support for achieving high-quality economic
and social development, ultimately fostering progress towards this goal.
