On July 11, 2025, the “Technical German and Dual System Teaching Practice” teacher training course, jointly created by Rheingaust and the First Vocational College of Kempten State in Bavaria, Germany, came to a successful conclusion at the national level practice platform – the Sino German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Education Integration Demonstration Base!
This teacher training class specially invited Mr. Helmut Hausner, a senior teacher from the First Vocational College of Kempten State in Bavaria, Germany, to serve as the core lecturer, bringing authentic German dual system teaching standards, technical German teaching methods, and industry-leading insights. Senior trainers and technical R&D backbones from Rheingold have been deeply involved throughout the entire process. This model of “school enterprise collaboration and teacher co education” ensures that the training content is closely aligned with the development of industrial technology, greatly promoting the organic integration of the education chain, talent chain, and industry chain.
The teacher training program this time has brought far more than just the improvement of technical German language skills to the participating teachers. Its core focus is on in-depth mutual learning of the essence of vocational education between China and Germany, exploring localized innovative practices, and driving innovative models with international experience in the field of vocational education.
