On 29th of June, 2022, in sum of 45 teachers and students from majors in
Machinery, Electrical, Automation and other related majors of China University
of Petroleum (East China), visited Rhein-Koester Intelligent Technology
(Qingdao) Co.,Ltd.
During the Study Tour, students’ perspective of innovation is enriched,
their conceptual understanding and thinking analysis ability have been
established, which is of great help to the later classroom knowledge learning
and thinking training. Additionally, it guides students to understand the basic
conditions of enterprises, youth talent supporting policies, industrial layout
and development, talent requirements of enterprises. The event would attract
more outstanding talents to stay in the zone and start their new business,
promote the in-depth integration between City and University, promote and
realize talent
aggregation.
