From 18th to 29th of July, 2022, Rhein-Koester summer faculty training was held in Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integrated Demonstration Base. In sum of 138 teachers from Jining technician college, Zibo vocational institute, Weihai vocational college, Shandong Vocational College of Industry, Shandong industrial technician college, Pingdu technician institute and other colleges, participated the training.
On 29th of July, the completion ceremony of Rhein-Koester 2022th Summer Faculty Training was held in Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integrated Demonstration base.
During the ceremony, Zhang Zhenzhong, the chief training director of Rhein-Koester China, gave words ‘Apply what you have learned and make achievements in your study’ to all participators. He hopes that the participating teachers would absorb the learned knowledges and integrated it into their teaching work, and innovate their teaching methods. Lastly, he encourage the participating teachers to keep in touch with the trainers especially when they have questions/problems in learning of skills and teachings, and make common progress.
Liu Dali, the head of Rhein-Koester Vocational Education Industrial Research Institute, made a conclusion speech and fully affirmed the participating teachers’ studying attitude, passion and discipline. He hopes that all the teachers could fully understand the concepts of German Dual-system, and integrate what they have learned with their teaching work, actively develop teaching methods for talent development, and continuously strengthen their professional capabilities, work hard and become senior teachers, as well as develop more compound technicians for the nation and society.
