Comprehensive Reform Training Workshop Held at Sino-German Smart Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base in Zibo

On August 26th and 27th, a special training session on
comprehensive deepening reforms was held at the Sino-German Intelligent
Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base in Zibo City.
The training was attended by liaison officers from the Special Working Groups
of the Municipal Party Committee for Comprehensive Deepening Reforms, officials
responsible for reforms from relevant municipal departments, deputy directors
of the county (district) party committees’ reform offices, and officials in
charge of reforms in various towns (townships) and streets.

During the opening ceremony, Mr. Li Wei, Deputy Director and
Second-level Researcher of the Reform Office of the Zibo Municipal Committee,
provided three key points for this training session: Firstly, he expressed the
hope that all comrades would cherish this rare learning opportunity. Secondly,
he emphasized the importance of applying what is learned in practice to
continue contributing to the comprehensive deepening of reforms in our city and
achieve new successes. Lastly, he stressed the need to strictly adhere to the
training discipline, maintaining the good image of Party members and leading
cadres.

Zibo High-tech Zone Working Committee Deputy Secretary Geng
Qingwei warmly congratulated the holding of the training class and extended a
sincere welcome to the leaders and experts.

Mr. Cai Wenwu, Vice President of China Economic System Reform
Magazine and Deputy Dean of the Institute of Local Reform and Innovation,
delivered a lecture on the topic of “Studying and Implementing the Spirit
of the 20th Party Congress, Deepening Local Reform, and Promoting China’s
Modernization.”

Mr. Chen Peng, Deputy General Manager of Rhein Koester,
delivered a speech on behalf of the company. He expressed his hope that
everyone can benefit from this training, acquire knowledge that can be put into
practice, and make a greater contribution to building a new development
pattern, promoting high-quality development, and advancing China’s
modernization.

 The training session
invited experts and leaders from organizations such as the China Economic
System Reform Magazine, the Shandong Provincial Party Committee’s Financial and
Economic Office, and the Reform Office of the Hengyang Municipal Committee of
Hunan Province, as well as some leaders from local digital enterprises in our
city. The training focused on topics including deepening local reforms, solidly
promoting common prosperity, and using digitalization to drive reform.

Hongtao, Vice Chairman of the Rhine Koester Strategic Committee, Chief Digital
Officer, and IT Department Director, delivered a lecture on the topic of
“Introduction to Enterprise Digitalization and Implementation Path.”

the lecture, all the students visited the Sino-German Smart Manufacturing
Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base for an on-site observation.
