Recently, the Shandong University of Science and Technology and Rhein Koester Joint Internship and Training Program for Excellent Engineer Development in the field of Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing was held at the demonstration base for the integration of industry and education. The training, which lasted for six weeks, involved nearly 50 students majoring in Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation from the 2020 cohort of Shandong University of Science and Technology.
Through this training program, the students gained an understanding of the importance of practical hands-on experience in their academic pursuits. They enhanced their self-learning abilities and developed a spirit of hard work and perseverance. n the future, Rhein Koester will continue to integrate resources from the industry, education, capital, and talent chains to create diverse forms of industry-education integration. This will contribute to the talent development needed to achieve China’s strategic goal of becoming a manufacturing powerhouse.
