On July 4, 2023, a delegation led by Zhang Zhuxiu, Deputy
Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Shandong Talent
Development Group Co., Ltd., visited Rhein Koester for research and exchange.
The delegation was received and briefed by Cui Zhi, Chairman of Rhein Koester,
and Tang Jun, President of the China region.

In 2023, Shandong Talent Development Group
invested in Rhein Koester as an industrial investor, leveraging complementary
strengths between the two entities. In the next phase of collaboration, both
parties will focus on comprehensive and in-depth cooperation in areas such as
joint Sino-German talent cultivation, international cooperation in vocational
education, technological research and development, technology transfer, talent
recruitment, and intelligence introduction. This collaborative effort aims to
construct a diversified and multi-tiered talent development structure and
system, providing robust support for achieving high-level technological
self-reliance and self-improvement. Furthermore, it will facilitate the digital
upgrade of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shandong Province, promote
international research and development cooperation, and empower the province’s
economic and social development with high quality.
