Recently, under the guidance of the Bureau of Industry, Informatization and Commerce of Zibo High-Tech Zone, multiple sessions of the 2025 Zibo Enterprise New-Quality Productive Forces Training Program were launched at the Sino-German Smart Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base.
This phase of the training kicked off in September this year and was conducted in 3 separate batches. The participants covered key industries such as high-end equipment, new pharmaceuticals, new materials, and environmental protection technology. A total of 62 engineering and technical backbones from 12 well-known enterprises, including Xinhua Medical, Xinhua Pharmaceutical, Heda, and Huaguang National Porcelain, actively signed up to jointly embark on a journey of capacity improvement.
The training content, relying on the advanced intelligent equipment independently developed by Rhein-koster, closely focuses on the frontiers of smart manufacturing and high-end industrial technology. It includes eight practical course modules such as Siemens TIA Portal programming technology, industrial robot workstation system integration, electrical control project practice, and fitter operation technology.
In the future, Rhein-koster will continue to leverage the platform advantages of the Sino-German Smart Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base, further deepen cooperation in the cultivation of enterprise technical talents, inject new impetus into the high-quality industrial development of Zibo City, and help accelerate the growth of regional new-quality productive forces.
