On May 17, 2023, Zhao Jinjin, former Ambassador
Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of China to France, former President of the
Diplomatic Academy and Vice President of the China Center for International
Economic Exchanges, Cheng Yonghua, former Ambassador Extraordinary and
Plenipotentiary of China to Japan and Executive Vice President of the
China-Japan Friendship Association, Qian Wei, former Political Counsellor of
the Chinese Embassy in France, Wang Wan, Researcher of the Institute of Modern
History of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Adjunct Professor of the
School of Economics of Peking University, and relevant officials of the
Sino-German Exchange The relevant persons in charge of the cooperation
association visited Zibo, visited the Zibo International Living Room, and under
the introduction of Li Xiucheng, secretary of the party group and president of
the Zibo Trade Promotion Association, the two sides had a discussion and
exchange on linking resources, unblocking channels and helping Zibo manufacture
to go international. Afterwards, Zhao Jinjin, vice chairman of the board and
other leaders accompanied by Li Xiucheng, president of the board, went to Rhein
Koester for investigation and research.

Vice President Zhao Jinan expressed his optimism
for the development prospect of the project and hoped that more in-depth
research would be carried out in the future, so that there would be more close
cooperation and communication with each other. At the same time, he said that Rhein
Koester should rely on the Sino-German Smart Manufacturing Industry-Education
Integration Demonstration Base, give full play to its advantages in
international resources in the field of smart manufacturing and talent
training, strive to explore new paths and new models for the development of
industry-education integration, help enterprises enhance their independent
innovation capacity and core competitiveness, and jointly train more
