On 7th of April, 2022, Ge Huijun, the president of Shandong Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, visited Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Demonstration Base (Siemens—Rhein-Koester Sino-German IiOT R&D and Manufacturing Base). Liu Yongju, the secretary-general of Shandong Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, Wei Yuxiu, the vice secretary-general of Shandong Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, accompanied the visiting. Jiang Duntao, the president of Zibo Municipal Party committee, Zhang Yanting, the head of Zibo Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, Yuan Liang, the secretary-general of Zibo Municipal Party committee, Wei Yujiao, the head of Zibo High-Tech zone administration committee, participated the visiting. 

President Ge Huijun and the delegates inspected the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base and the Sino-German Digital Economy and Intelligent Manufacturing Center, Cui Zhi, the chairman of Rhein-Koester reported the development history, industrial layout and Sino-German intelligent manufacturing talent training, and made a work report on system development, construction and operation of industry-education integration platform (park), intelligent equipment R&D and industrial services, etc., the delegates fully affirmed Rhein-Koester’s outstanding achievements in the field of industry-education integration in key industries such as intelligent manufacturing, digitalization, and industrial Internet.

During the visiting period in Zibo, president Ge Huijun pointed out that it’s essential to do a good job in the work of the CPPCC in the new era, it is necessary to continue to develop the construction of special consultation institutions and give full play to the role of special consultation institutions. It is necessary to focus on the main work of negotiation, regard negotiation as an important political principle, organizational principle and working principle of the CPPCC, and promote the normalization and standardization of various negotiation activities. It is necessary to set up a negotiation platform, focus on the special-purpose political standing committee meetings and thematic consultation meetings, and use other negotiation methods as the norm, create a unique negotiation brand, and ensure that the negotiation platform is built in a standardized and orderly manner. It is necessary to strengthen the two-way force, and run the two-way force throughout the whole process of consultation and deliberation, so as to gather good policies to help scientific and democratic decision-making, and to gather consensus to promote the implementation of decision-making and deployment. It is necessary to improve the negotiation system, incorporate negotiation topics into the annual negotiation plan, promote key negotiation activities into the overall work deployment of the party committee and government, and focus on creating a negotiation environment, cultivating a negotiation culture, and forming a negotiation  environment of equality and mutual trust.
