To empower the city’s foreign-related enterprises to attract
overseas talents, Zibo Foreign Affairs Office and Foreign Friendship
Association of Zibo City jointly constructed international students‘ practical
education bases with member units of Zibo Foreign Friendship Association Higher
Education Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Higher Education
Committee). 15 bases of the national experience class and professional
enhancement class were finally identified after the selection process of soliciting
and selecting students, experts’ comments, on-site research and face-to-face
talks and exchanges. Rhein Köster was successfully shortlisted by virtue of its deep
foundation in Sino-German cooperation in the fields of industry and education,
its rich advantage in advanced resources, as well as its first-class team of
domestic and foreign corporate trainers and self-developed whole-system
intelligent manufacturing talent cultivation programme.
In March 2024, Rhein Köster welcomed the first group of technicians (Bachelor of
Technology) from the Bavarian College of Technology in Germany. 16 members of
the group spent 10 days at Rhein Köster.
In the future, Rhein Köster will continue to deepen Chinese and German students exchange programs
in collaboration with German institutions and enterprises by establishing
German language test centers in China and co-founding the “Rhein Köster
Institute” with German universities. Following the Chinese and German
governments agreement on youth internship exchange programs, we will invite
more German talents to China for internships and employment while providing
more opportunities for outstanding Chinese graduates who meet German standards
to intern and study in Germany, adhering to the “bring in, go out”
strategy.
