On March 11, 2022, the inauguration ceremony of Shandong Vocational Education and Industrial Talents Institute and Shandong Vocational Education and Industrial Talents Summit Forum was held in the lecture hall on the 2nd floor of Apricot Garden Hotel of Shandong University of Technology.
Wang Wei, General Manager of Rhein Koester’s Education and Training Division, gave a keynote presentation on “Innovation and exploration of talent training models for the integration of industry and education in China and Germany in the digital era”, sharing trends and opportunities for the development of education in the digital era in three areas: the Sino-German digital economy and education, Rhein coast’s digital upgrading initiative and Rhein Koester’s digital upgrading.
In the future, Rhein Koester will also give full play to its own resources, technology and educational advantages, and cooperate with major enterprises, institutions, associations and colleges nationwide to make due contribution to the joint construction of the national vocational education innovation and development plateau, industrial transformation and upgrading, and improve the quality of talent training in Shandong Province.
