On the afternoon of April 1, 2025, Hu Xinghai, member of the Standing Committee of the Decheng District Committee, Minister of the Organization Department, and Minister of the United Front Work Department of Dezhou City, led a research team to visit and conduct research in Rheingold. Wang Fei, member of the Zibo High tech Zone Working Committee and Director of the Office of the Working Committee Management Committee, Wu Jinhui, a fourth level employee of the High tech Zone, Feng Rudong, Chief of the United Front Work Department of the Organization and Personnel Department, and other leaders accompanied the research.
The research team visited the Sino German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Education Integration Demonstration Base operated by Rheingold, and gained a detailed understanding of the company’s basic situation, development history, core business, and future strategic planning at the Sino German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Education Integration Training Center. They also observed the internship and training of the Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering major at Dalian University of Technology, as well as the training of students in the Sino German Rheingold Intelligent Craftsman Class. They fully recognized Rheingold’s achievements in talent cultivation and technological innovation, as well as its effective integration of the “industry chain innovation chain education chain talent chain” industrial layout.
During the discussion, Minister Hu Xinghai stated that the industry education integration ecological model created by Rheingold provides a systematic solution to solve the structural contradiction between vocational education and industrial demand.
