On November 19, 2022, the “Electrical Technician Evaluation & Skills Competition” of LUTHAI Textile Co., Ltd. was held at the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base, a provincial-level public training base for the conversion of new old energy in Rhein-Koester. 21 electrical operation and maintenance players from LUTHAI Textile Co. Ltd participated.
The competition focused on professionalism, vocational skills, and equipment function demonstration and reporting, and used Rhein-Koester’s self-developed electrical training equipment throughout the competition. The project is based on the typical work tasks of enterprises and is divided into three parts: drawing electrical schematic diagram, electrical distribution panel, and PLC programming and debugging.
The competition aims to cultivate and promote the craftsmanship spirit of excellence, create a good atmosphere of learning from each other and catching up with each other, effectively stimulate and mobilize the initiative and creativity of highly skilled talents, promote learning through competition and use through competition, truly make the vocational skills competition a platform for combining engineering, skills demonstration and technical exchange, and provide strong talent guarantee for the high-quality development of enterprises.
