Nurturing Others Starts with Self-Cultivation, Research Fuels Growth | Successful Conclusion of Summer Faculty Training at Shandong Taishan Technician College and Henan Chemical Technician College

On the morning of July 21, 2023, the
closing ceremony of the summer vocational training for teachers from Shandong
Taishan Technician College and Henan Chemical Engineering Technician College
was successfully held at the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing
Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base. The event was attended by
Mr. Liu Dali, Director of the Rhein Koester Industrial Research Institute,
various professional trainers, and nearly 30 participating teachers from the
two institutions.

Director Liu Dali put forward three hopes:
Firstly, he hoped that all participating teachers would be able to apply what
they have learned, integrating the outcomes of this training into their daily
teaching processes, ensuring that what students learn can be put into practice
to create benefits for enterprises after graduation. Secondly, he encouraged
all participating teachers to persistently engage in research in their future
work, by publishing their research findings in schools or journals, fostering
collaborative discussions on vocational education reform. Lastly, he aspired
for all participating teachers to transition from being contributors to
vocational education reform to becoming leaders in the field. With a
craftsman’s spirit, they should strive to perfect every detail, nurturing and
producing more skilled craftsmen and high-level talent for the country, thus
achieving a “bumper harvest” of their teaching accomplishments.
