On January 6, 2023, an online briefing session on the declaration of talent base for intelligent manufacturing industry, hosted by Rhein-Koester, was successfully held.

Qu Laijun, Director of Education and Training Division of Talent Exchange Center of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, introduced the joint construction project of intelligent manufacturing industry talent base.
Wang Chunhui, member of the Information and Communication Economy Expert Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, professor and doctoral supervisor of Zhejiang University, pointed out in the report “Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Talent Base Helps Build a Strong Manufacturing Country” that the industry talent base construction project is highly suitable for the national strategy. He said that Rhein-Koester takes the national strategy as its responsibility, and has been deeply cultivating the field of intelligent manufacturing industry-education integration for many years.
Zhai Bin, General Manager of Shenzhen Talent Group, delivered a keynote speech on “Integration – Shenzhen Exploration on the Integration of Industry and Education”, taking Shenzhen Talent Group as an example, he talked about the exploration and innovation of the group in the integration of industry and education.
Fu Bingfeng, president of the International Organization of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers (OICA), made a wonderful speech with “The development of China’s automobile industry and talent demand driven by new technology revolution” from three aspects: the current situation of China’s automobile industry development, the development trend and talent demand of the automobile industry, and the main problems and solutions of talent work in the automobile industry.
