Practicing Skills and Building dream — LUTHAI TEXTILE ‘Automation Control System Programming and Commissioning Competition’ was held at the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Public Training Base

On 23th of June, 2022, LUTHAI TEXTILE ‘Automation Control System
Programming and Commissioning Competition’ was held at the Sino-German
Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Public Training Base—the National
Small-Medium Size Enterprise Public Service Demonstration Platform.

The competition is designed based on corporate typical work tasks, it is
divided into three projects: drawing electrical schematic diagrams, electrical
distribution panel, PLC program debugging. The competition comprehensively
assess employees’ professional skills and core competences in three dimensions: professional
quality, professional skills, and equipment function demonstration reports.
Based on the competition, participants improved their skills and were motivated
to learn more skills, create a strong competitive atmosphere of learning, and
motivating employees to carry out technical research around production
difficulties, continuously improve employees’ professional skills, and support
the high-quality development of the enterprise.
