From December 27, 2021 to January 14, 2022, Rhein-Koester carried out faculty training program of Sino-German Class in Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base.
In the summary and communication after the completion of the training, the participating teachers fully affirmed the professionalism of Rhein-Koester’s trainers. At the same time, they said that the training is of positive significance for exploring the innovative development path of talent training in colleges and universities and enhancing the innovative development ability of educational services. The training further helps the participants to better understand the concepts of self-education, broadened work management ideas, and improved its professional quality. After returning to school, the knowledge and teaching methods learned in this training will be applied to the usual teaching, so that the students can truly learn and apply what they have learned.
