On September 30, 2022, Rhein-Koester organized the self-evaluation work in Qingdao.
The evaluation involved two types of professions, electrician and turner, and focused on practical working ability such as vocational ability, work performance, professional ethics and craftsmanship, and was conducted in two parts: theoretical knowledge test and practical operation test, with a total of six enterprise employees participating in the evaluation.
