On 1st of July, 2022, the signing ceremony between Heze University—Rhein-Koester
Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing International Industry College was held
in Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Demonstration Base.
Yi Yuchen, the head of Heze University, Meng Lingmei and Hu Zundong, the vice
principal of the university, Cui Zhi, the chairman of Rhein-Koester, Tang Jun,
the general manager of Rhein-Koester (China) Operation Headquarter, Chen Peng,
the vice general manager participated the ceremony. Hu Funding conducted the
ceremony. 

Yi Yuchen, the head of Heze University made speech and indicated that
the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing International Industry College is an
important achievement of the strategic cooperation between the two parties. The
establishment of the college is conducive to the realization of resource
sharing between the two parties. He hoped to strengthen the educational
cooperation between China and Germany side, improve teaching qualities,
accelerate the construction of ‘Double Teachers and Double Abilities’ training base, and further develop management
system and mechanism, develop Industry-Education Demonstration base.

Chairman Cui Zhi indicated that Heze University is the base and cradle
of all kinds of high-quality talents in Heze, which plays a leading role in
serving the regional economy and social development in Heze. Rhein-Koester
aggregated premium resources from China and Germany, and has continuously
provided a whole industry chain service for local universities and enterprises
for many years. The jointly established ‘Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing
International Industry College’ marks a new stage of cooperation between the
two parties. The two parties will jointly creat a ‘New Engineering Education —
Here Model’ based on innovation, and supports Heze university to realize the
development of a high-level application-oriented university.

△ Yi Yunchen, on behalf of Heze University, issued the appointment
certificate ‘Dean of Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing International
Industry College’ to chairman Cui Zhi.

△ After the ceremony, both the university side and Rhein side hold a
project argumentation meeting for construction of college.

Based on the college project, Heze University and Rhein-Koester will
make full use of the high-quality advantages of both parties, develop a
university-enterprise. Collaborative education mechanism in accordance with the
development requirements of New Engineering Major, closely connect with the
intelligent manufacturing industry chain, and build a resource service platform
for collaborative innovation and deep integration of industry, education and
research, which jointly explore new models for talent training, and cultivate
more technicians for social development, as well as contribute to the
industrial transformation and development of Heze.
