On
the morning of 10.06., a delegation of 13 people from the Sino-German College
of Qingdao University of Science and Technology, including Prof. Bo Jianquan
and Prof. Qu Zhichao, and representatives from the University of Paderborn in
Germany, including Dr. Vera Denzer and Dennis Hambach, visited Rhein Koester
Qingdao. They were received by Nils Bremser, the Sino-German Project Director
of Rhein Koester, Tan Fei, the Sino-German Education Project Director, and Jin
Yueyun, the Minister of Education Department of the Qingdao office.
The
German visitors expressed their desire to fully leverage their respective
influences in education and industry in the future. They emphasized the
importance of collaborative education between Sino-German undergraduate
institutions and industry, strengthening cooperation in enhancing
internationalized talent development and professional capabilities, actively
exploring and practicing new models of Sino-German integration of industry and
education, and jointly cultivating international, high-quality technical
talents in line with the development of the intelligent manufacturing industry.
This, in turn, would enhance the comprehensive abilities of cultivating
high-end skilled professionals in intelligent manufacturing and application
innovation, and contribute to the high-quality development of the regional
economy and society.
