From July 9th to 14th, 2023, the High-Quality Development Training
Workshop on the Integration of Production and Education in Secondary Vocational
Schools in Luoyang City was successfully launched at Shandong University of
Technology. Several experts from academic institutions delivered insightful
presentations during the event, and a delegation of 50 participants, including
leaders responsible for school-enterprise cooperation and teachers from
secondary vocational schools in Luoyang City, attended the training.
As one of the co-organizers,Rhein Koester, leveraging this
training workshop, will continue to focus on empowering and enhancing the
foundation of vocational school development. This will be an opportunity to
further establish a platform for connecting talents and demands through
school-enterprise cooperation. By aligning with the current status of
vocational education development, including regional professional offerings,
teacher competence levels, and employment analysis,Rhein Koester aims to aid
more educators in implementing and innovating integration strategies between
academia and industry. This initiative seeks to strengthen the ability of
vocational education to serve local economic advancement and industrial
upgrades, thereby propelling the high-quality development of the integration
between vocational education and industry.
