The Fourth Phase of Zibo High-tech Zone Enterprise New Quality Productivity Mid-Level Fitting Operation Training Concludes Successfully at the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base

On June 23, 2024, the fourth phase of the Zibo High-tech Zone enterprise
new quality productivity Mid-Level fitting operation training concluded
successfully at the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education
Integration Demonstration Base. A total of 46 technical personnel from Zichai
Machinery Co., Ltd. and Shandong Lijiu Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd., specializing in
production operation and maintenance, process optimization, and product
development, participated in this training.

Through this comprehensive and multi-dimensional technical skills
training, the employees gained a more thorough and profound understanding of
their work and acquired richer practical operation skills and professional
technical levels. In the second half of the year, the Sino-German Intelligent
Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base will continue
to collaborate with more enterprises to jointly promote the technical skill
enhancement of engineers in Zibo City and the high-tech zone, thereby
contributing to the high-quality development of the local manufacturing
industry.
