On August 16, 2022, the signing ceremony of school-enterprise cooperation between Hubei Industrial Polytechnic  & Rhein-Koester was held in the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integrated Demonstration Base.

Vice President Ye Bo and Vice General Manager Chen Peng signed the school-enterprise cooperation agreement under the witness of the on-site leaders

The two parties will further play the important role of enterprises in vocational education, combine Rhein-Koester’s existing superior resources of overseas R&D, education and the experience and achievements of the localization of German “dual system”, take the integration of production and education and collaborative education as the main path, and solve the structural contradiction between the industrial demand side and the supply side of talent training as the main goal. With an international vision, we will build a major groups of high-level intelligent manufacturing, jointly build a technology and skill innovation service platform featuring information and resource sharing, integration of production and education, and in-depth connection between schools and enterprises. We will further explore and practice a new model of integration of production and education and collaborative education, accurately connect with the development needs of regions, industries and enterprises, and train more high-quality technical and skilled talents. As well as provide strong talent support for vocational education and high-quality development of local economy.
