On 7th of July, 2022, the signing ceremony & Talent Base of Key
Industries of industry and information technology opening ceremony between Talent Exchange Center of Ministry of
Industry and Information Technology and Rhein-Koester was held in Sino-German
Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base.
Zeng Weiming, the vice director of Talent Exchange Center of Ministry of
Industry and Information Technology of the PRC, indicated that the Talent
Exchange Center is committed to providing Talent Support for the
construction of manufacturing powerhouse and country with strong cyber technology, the center formed five major business systems
which involves Talent Research, Talent Development, Talent Assessment, Talent Services
and International Exchanges. In this year, Rhein-Koester was selected into the
catalogue of the Joint Construction Institutions for Talent Base of Key
Industries. In the next step, the both parties would integrate high-quality
softwares & hardwares and standard system of teaching service resources,
deepening the integrated development of industrial resources and educational
resources; based on the internationalized base and platform, research on
talent, talent training services and international exchange & cooperation
act will be carried out. The cooperative parties will establish a big data
platform of industrial talent, develop an intelligent manufacturing industrial
talent demonstration base, and jointly establish a batch of modern industrial
colleges, which provide strong talent supporting for national development,
development of manufacturing powerhouse and modern Shandong.
Song Zhenbo, the vice mayor of Zibo, indicated that Zibo is one of the
most important cities in Shandong province and China. The solid industrial
foundation of Zibo allows the city to became one of the first batch of ‘Aged
Industrial City and Resource-Based Cities Transformation & Upgrading
Demonstration Zone’ . In the next steps,
Rhein-Koester would follow the development principles of Overall Planning,
jointly operates with other sides and give full play to the ‘Siphon effect’ and
‘Clustering function’ . Additionally, the municipal party committee and the
government will focus on the actual needs of enterprises, talent and
development, and will make greater efforts to support related industries, make
greater contributions to the city’s industrial development and talent training,
and make every effort to create the best business environment.

The launching of talent base marks that the cooperation between Shandong
province and Talent Exchange Center of Ministry of Industry and Information
Technology of the PRC entered into a new stage, which brings significant
effects on integration between industry and education, and integration between
talent and industries in Zibo. In the next steps, Rhein-Koester will follow the
guides and instructions of the Talent Exchange Center, give full play to the
scale advantage of its own platform and the leading role, in accordance with
the requirements of ‘Based on Zibo, Radiating Shandong, Demonstrate in China’,
realize the effective
interaction between talent training and industrial development, and supports
high-quality economic and social development in Zibo and Shandong.
