Three Parties Unite to Open a New Chapter of Cooperation | Shandong Business Vocational College, Rhein Koester, and the Bavarian Education and Digitization Research Institute of Germany Jointly Launch a New Model for High-end Talent Training in Intelligent Manufacturing

On May 27, 2023, the strategic cooperation signing
ceremony and unveiling ceremony of the teacher training base were held at
the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration
Demonstration Base, jointly organized by Shandong Business Institute, Rhein
Koester, and the Bavarian Education and Digitization Research Institute of
Germany. The event was attended by Sun Yunmao, Secretary of the Party Committee
of Shandong Business Institute, Wang Faming, Deputy Secretary of the Party
Committee and President of the college, Zhang Yue, Deputy Secretary of the
Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, Wang
Lujun, Deputy Secretary-General of the Shandong Equipment Management
Association, Sui Xiaoliang, Deputy Director of the Industry Talent Department
of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Eric Moskwa, President
of Rhein Koester, Cui Zhi, Chairman of the Board, Tang Jun, President of the
China Regional Operation Headquarters, and Liu Dali, Dean of the Vocational
Education Research Institute, among others.

signing will fully integrate the resources, equipment, and technological
advantages of the three parties, explore and implement new models of
industry-education integration, and jointly promote cooperation projects in
undergraduate and postgraduate education in the field of intelligent
manufacturing. By leveraging the resource advantages of Rhein Koester’s
overseas research and development center, it will expand the international
cooperation and operation approaches of the college, jointly establish the
Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry College, and develop it into a
new carrier and platform for school-enterprise collaboration, resource sharing,
and coordinated development. The goal is to enhance the college’s ability to
cultivate high-end skilled professionals and innovative professionals in the
field of intelligent manufacturing, serving society. The collaboration aims to
jointly train high-level, application-oriented, and versatile talents who meet
the development needs of new technologies, new formats, and new models in
intelligent manufacturing. It will provide high-skilled personnel support to
promote the high-quality development of the intelligent manufacturing industry
and empower the digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading of the
grain industry.
