A New Chapter for Sino-German Cooperation | Education Signing Ceremony and Project Exchange Held

On May 13, 2026, the Sino-German Education
Cooperation Signing Ceremony and Project Exchange took place at the Sino-German
Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base.

Mr. Elmar Süß, Chairman of Karlsruhe International
University and ASG
Non-Profit Education Group, opened with a speech on the university’s
century-old legacy. Professor Eric Moskwa, Director of Steinbeis Technology
Transfer Center and President of Rhein-Koester Group,
shared insights on Rhein-Koester’s development and
industry-education integration achievements. Professor Lothar Budde, he Faculty
of Mechatronics and Mathematical Sciences at the Bielefeld University of
Applied Sciences and Chairman of the Bavarian Academy of Education and
Digitalization, gave a detailed presentation on Sino-German education
cooperation projects.

Shandong Rhein-Koester Intelligent Technology Co.,Ltd signed a strategic agreement with Karlsruhe International
University.Rhein-Koester Group, Karlsruhe International University, and
ASG Group also signed cooperation agreements with multiple local institutions.

Plaques for the “Karlsruhe International
University International Student Exchange Center (Shandong)” and the
“ASG Group China Project Management Center” were unveiled by Mr.
Elmar Süß and Rhein-Koester Chairman Mr. Cui Zhi.

Guests visited the Sino-German Intelligent
Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base.
