On July 31, 2023, the inaugural group of experts from the “National
Expert Pool in the Employment Sector,” appointed by the State Council,
visited and inspected Rhein Koester Company. The delegation was led by Mr. Xia
Luqing, President of the Shandong Province Association for Human Resources Development
Promotion and former Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy
Director of the Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department,
holding the rank of first-level inspector. Mr. Cui Zhi, Chairman of Rhein
Koester Company, along with other relevant company officials, presented an
overview of the company during the visit.
During the discussion, President Xia Luqing
expressed that Rhein Koester Company shares similar goals with the Association
for Human Resources Development Promotion and aligns well with its talent
development philosophy. He expressed his desire for both parties to focus on
optimizing regional talent cultivation models. Leveraging the platform of the
Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration
Base, he emphasized the importance of utilizing their respective resource
advantages. This collaborative effort would encompass deep cooperation in areas
such as talent development, supporting the employment of university graduates,
technological innovation, and more. Through this partnership, the aim is to
empower enterprises for high-quality development and make a meaningful
contribution to driving the high-quality economic and social development of
Shandong Province.
