From January 19 to February 6, 2026, Rhein-Koester’s school-enterprise cooperation winter vacation teacher training was held at the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base. Teachers from many colleges and universities across the country gathered here to jointly start a three-week immersive learning and exchange experience.

Rhein-Koester’s trainer team closely focused on the actual needs of the industry, integrated real production cases into the teaching content, and systematically analyzed the core technologies and development trends in the field of mechatronics. The curriculum design emphasizes the combination of theory and practice. On the basis of consolidating professional theories, it highlights the teaching concept of “learning by doing”. Through rich practical training and project discussions, it guides teachers to truly achieve the leap from “understanding knowledge” to “mastering skills”.

Under the professional guidance of the trainers, participating teachers conducted practical training in groups centered on typical work tasks – from equipment commissioning to production line simulation, and from technical discussions to solution optimization. The teachers actively practiced and engaged in in-depth exchanges.

This training is a vivid practice in deepening industry-education integration and promoting the construction of “dual-qualification” teacher teams.
