On March 27, on the occasion of the appointment of Cherry Blossom in Jiangcheng, in order to thoroughly implement the integrated development strategy of national science and technology power, education power and talent power, deepen the collaborative education mechanism of industry and education integration, explore a new paradigm for the cultivation of outstanding engineers in the new era, the “Promotion Meeting for the Cultivation of Industry and Education Integration of National Outstanding Engineer Colleges” was held in Junshan Campus of Wuhan University of Technology on the bank of the Yangtze River.
On site, 12 units including iFlytek Co., Ltd. and Rheingold Technology Co., Ltd. became the second batch of council units of the college. Five leading enterprises in the industry signed the first batch of cooperation agreements for the joint construction of engineering technology centers between schools and enterprises. The first batch of eight joint laboratories between schools and enterprises were awarded licenses, covering fields such as intelligent connected vehicles, new energy, and new materials. The first batch of characteristic courses and practical textbooks jointly developed by schools and enterprises were simultaneously released.
