Liu Donghai, the vice general manager of Rhein-Koester, stated that Rhein-Koester will give full play to its rich experience in the field of German ‘Dual-system’ localized talent training models, curriculum system and practical training materials development, and take this strategic cooperation as an opportunity to integrate the advantages of both schools and enterprises, help the reform of school education and teaching, enhance the power of connotative development, promote vocational education to further align with international standards, jointly build a new model of high-quality talent training, and make new contributions to the innovation of Sino-German cooperation and exchanges and professional talent training.
At the end of the ceremony, director Zhang Zhenzhong shared a special lecture on ‘Future Industry Talent Portraits and Training Routes’, he analyzed the connection between talent training models and needs of industrial development, the speech made from the aspects of highlighting professional ability training, deeply reflecting the integration of production and education, and promoting the effective development of students.
Rhein-Koester and Yingkou city agricultural engineering school will jointly build a new Yingkou Inter-enterprise training center and Yingkou Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Demonstration Base, work together to build a “new dual-system” digital training base for technical and skilled talents. Based on the concept of mixed ownership, and set intelligent manufacturing related majors to be the main parts of course, introduce electrical automation, machinery and automation, the internet, mechatronics and other medium, high, and undergraduate majors; based on the principles of asset integration, faculty team integration, curriculum integration, etc to jointly build the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing College and cultivate high-skilled technical talents.
