On March 18, 2025, Zhang Qing, member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province, led a research team to Zibo High tech Zone and Zichuan District to investigate the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises. In the morning of that day, the research team visitedRhein Koester for on-site research. Zhang Liangyun, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Zibo Industry and Information Technology Bureau, Zhang Jiakui, leader of the High tech Zone, and relevant department heads accompanied the research.

The research team visited the Sino German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Education Integration Demonstration Base operated byRhein Koester in Zibo High tech Zone, and conducted a detailed inspection of the intelligent manufacturing production line, digital teaching and training center, and industrial Internet of Things platform. They also observed the internship and training of the Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering major at Dalian University of Technology, as well as the attendance and training of students in the Sino GermanRhein Koester Intelligent Craftsman Class.
