On August 1, Zhuzhou Huanji Electric Co., Ltd. launched its 2025 Production Staff Skills Competition at the RheinKost (Zhuzhou) facility.

The contest focused on core job competencies, specifically evaluating employees’ practical performance in critical processes such as precision assembly, efficient crimping and wiring, and reliable electrical soldering—directly targeting the heart of production operations.
