On July 19, 2023, the “Walking Alongside Law – Bringing Law into
Enterprises” series of lectures on labor employment policies and
regulations for the whole city was held as a specialized event in the High-tech
Zone. The event took place at the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing
Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base. More than 200 participants
attended the lecture, including leaders from the Zibo Labor Arbitration Court,
representatives from the Zibo High-tech Zone, other districts and counties, as
well as representatives from relevant enterprises, labor unions, and mediators
from the city.
Through vivid explanations and using cases to
illustrate legal principles, the attendees gained a clear and comprehensive
understanding of intricate labor protection laws, regulations, and policies.
This approach effectively enhanced their knowledge of relevant labor protection
laws and regulations, as well as their capability to handle labor relations
matters involving employees.
