On February 16, 2022, the Zibo High-tech Zone 2022th Annual Enterprise Self-Assessment Training Conference was held in Rhein-Koester Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base, Li Yongwang, Section Chief of Skilled Talent Evaluation Service Section of Zibo Public Employment and Talent Service Center, Li Liang, Deputy Section Chief, Bao Xicheng, Deputy Director of Zibo High-tech Zone Human and Social Center, and representatives of more than 20 enterprises attended the meeting.

Li Yongwang, head of the Skilled Talent Evaluation Service Section of the Zibo Public Employment and Talent Service Center, delivered a speech. He said that the companies presents should have a forward-looking vision, give full play to their leading and exemplary roles, and actively carry out various skills training, mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of skilled talents in the enterprise, further strengthen the construction of skilled personnel in the high-tech zone, and contribute to the high-quality development of the high-tech zone.

Bao Xicheng, deputy director of the Human Resources and Social Affairs Center of Zibo High-tech Zone, said that through various methods such as exchanges and discussions, on-site guidance work promotion meetings, etc., the company’s awareness of vocational skills improvement and self-evaluation of skilled talents will be improved, and the leading role of the company will be fully played, continue to create the best ecology for talent development, and provide strong talent support for the social development. 

Li Liang, deputy director of the Skilled Talent Evaluation Service Section of the Zibo Public Employment and Talent Service Center, gave lectures on the standardization of enterprises to carry out self-assessment of skilled talents and the improvement of vocational skill level identification.

 

Representatives of various enterprises participated in the meeting enthusiastically and exchanged views on the difficult problems encountered in carrying out the self-assessment work.

  

After the meeting, company representatives visited the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base.
