Recently, Zibo High-tech Zone Industry and Information
Technology Bureau jointly with Rhein Köster
carried out Zibo High-tech Zone 2024 Annual Enterprise New Quality Productivity
Technical and Skill Talent Enhancement Training in the Sino-German Intelligent
Manufacturing Industry and Education Integration Demonstration Base. A total of
59 classes were held in this training, which were taught in the way of
rational-practical integration, project-based topics, and full-day off-duty.
The first phase of training was officially opened from March
24th to 31st, with three training courses on Siemens Protherm Programming
Technology, Electrical Control Project Practice, S7-200SMART Programming
Technology, etc., which were attended by 7 enterprises, such as Shandong Shinva
Medical Instrument Co., Ltd., Shinva Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Shandong Reebow
Intelligent Equipments Co., Ltd., Shandong Jincheng Kerui Chemical Co., Ltd.,
and Siemens (Shandong) Switch and Socket Co., Ltd. and other 7 enterprises,
such as enterprise leaders, engineers, middle and senior managers, technical
managers, technical backbone and production line operators to participate in
the training.
In the future, Rhein Köster will
continue to focus on industrial needs, focus on the new quality productivity,
take advantage of the Sino-German integration of industry and education
resources, improve the comprehensive ability and quality of technical personnel
in all aspects, help enterprises build a professional talent team to adapt to
the needs of the future smart factories, and provide talent and technical
support for accelerating the development of the new quality productivity.
