Zibo High-Tech Zone 2024 Spring Self-employed Retired Soldiers Welcome Ceremony and Full Adaptive Training Held at Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry – Education Integration Demonstration Base

On April 1, the welcome ceremony and full adaptive training
for the spring 2024 independently employed retired soldiers of Zibo High-tech
Zone was held in the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry and
Education Integration Demonstration Base.

At the opening ceremony, Hu Pengchang, Director of Rhein Köster Education and Training Center, said in his speech that Rhein Köster has been providing technology, talent and training services
to enterprises in Zibo City with its training services for ex-servicemen,
training for the Golden Blue Collar Program, project-based training, and
training for college students’ skill enhancement as an entry point.

 This training adopts
the combination of thematic lectures and on-site observation, integrating
ideological education, training counseling and employment recommendation.

△ The ex-soldiers visited enterprises such as Rhein Köster and learned in detail about their production processes,
corporate culture and working environment.

The successful holding of this training not only let the
veterans feel the warmth and care of the Party and the government, but also
laid a solid foundation for their future life and career development.
