On 3rd of August, 2022, Zibo High-tech zone HR & Social Security and High-tech zone workers’ Union organized Zibo High-tech Zone Enterprises Self-Assessment Work & Workers’ Skill Improvement Meeting, which was held in Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integrated Demonstration Base. Bao Xicheng, the vice director of HR&Social Security Center, Chu Yueling, the chief of Labor Security section, and other representatives from Shandong Xinhua Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd, SHINVA group, Rhein-Koester attended the meeting.
Vice director Bao Xicheng put forward four requirements for enterprises to carry out self-assessment works, firstly, all the enterprises shall pay high attention on the works of self-assessment, and fully understand it. Secondly, the work should be done rigorously, in accordance with the law and in compliance with the law, and fully motivate the old employees who have worked for a long time and have certain technical skills in the enterprise. Thirdly, enterprises can help each other through the work of self-assessment, strengthen exchanges and learning, and improve together. Fouthly, various media shall be introduced and strengthen the publicity of the work.
The representatives from Rhein-Koester answered the question on site. It is reported that the Rhein-Koester, entrusted by the HR and Social Security Center of the High-tech zone, provided self-assessment services for 26 enterprises in the High-tech zone, guides the application and implementation of enterprises, and boosts the works.
