August 4-8, 2025, on the eve of the launch of Rhein Koester‘s “Germany-Based Training and Employment Integration Program,” Mr. Christian Pownuk, Senior Lecturer in Mechatronics at the State Vocational College I in Kempten, Bavaria, Germany, and Mr. Jürgen Mair, Senior Lecturer in Metalworking, traveled to China specifically to conduct a week-long intensive teaching workshop and guidance session with RheinKost’s training team.
In-Depth Optimization of the Curriculum System Ensures Seamless Integration Between China and Germany
Two German experts focused their guidance on two core areas: “Professional Curriculum Design” and “Dual Education Methodology.” Regarding professional curriculum design, the experts adhered to the core principles of Germany’s dual education system, ensuring an optimal balance between theoretical instruction and practical training. This authentic German teaching model represents one of the program’s key advantages over traditional study abroad programs.
Dual System Teaching Methodology Specialized Training Focused on Enhancing Teaching Quality
In terms of teaching methodology, German experts imparted instructional techniques to trainers through demonstration classes, teaching observations, and hands-on guidance. These methods effectively integrate theoretical instruction with practical application, enabling students to rapidly grasp technical principles and master challenging technical concepts.
In the future, Chinese and German institutions and enterprises will deepen their collaboration. Through regular teaching seminars and exchanges, they will ensure the “Germany-bound Training and Employment Integration Program” precisely aligns with German vocational education trends and corporate staffing needs. This initiative will not only pave the way for more Chinese youth to pursue career development in Germany but also mark a solid step toward successfully exploring innovative models for the internationalization of China’s vocational education.
