Ju Junhai, director of Weifang Bureau of industry and information technology, Gao Yonggan, district governor of Kuiwen District government and other relevant leaders accompanied the investigation. During the visit, Yang Jinlong introduced the construction results and functional positioning of Rhein-Koester Weifang platform to the research team, as well as the promotion of international cooperation projects between the company and AHK, Siemens, Fachhochschule Bielefeld, etc., and reported on the cooperation between the company and many universities, such as Sino-German class, teacher training, German application undergraduate, digital teaching factory, etc. the achievements of a series of "dual system" localization talent training projects in the field of intelligent manufacturing.

Dong Guangshan fully affirmed the development orientation of Rhein-Koester with the deep integration of industry and education between China and Germany. He said that we should thoroughly implement the work plan of "double recruitment and double introduction" of the provincial Party committee and the provincial government, highlight the key points, innovate ways, optimize the environment and vigorously promote, achieve a new breakthrough of "double recruitment and double introduction", accelerate the conversion policy of new and old driving forces, and accelerate the high-quality development of Weifang enterprises. At the same time, we should break the technical barriers of foreign countries to domestic, use intelligence and digitalization to empower manufacturing industry, combine with foreign advanced teaching concepts, promote the development of vocational education, and achieve the organic combination of theory and practice.
