By 20th of July, 2020, the signing ceremony between Zibo Electrical Engineering College and Rhein-Koester was held in Rhein-Koester (Zibo) training base. 

Bai Daode, the president of Zibo Electrical Engineering College, signed the agreement with Mr Cui Zhi, the chairman of Rhein-Koester. 

Both parties agreed to jointly establish ‘Yiyuan Sino-German ‘Dual-System’ Technician Talents Development Base’, and develop the standards establishment for vocational college, fully promote the application of national/provincial class teaching standards  in Zibo, support the school developing into a senior vocational college which integrates ‘secondary vocational education, five-year vocational education, technology promotion, training for labor transfer and social education’, and lastly realize the ‘integration between education and manufacturing’ for industries in Yiyuan.
