On 20th and 27th of July, 2020, Rhein-Koester invited Mr Hanns Deniffel, the president of German Bayern Kempten First Vocational School & the director of Industry 4.0 Faculty Training Center, and Mr Stefan Sommer, the senior trainer; the experts were invited to held a free public class for faculty training on webcast. The participating teachers are from approximately 110 colleges in China. The class was translated by Mr Cao Jin, the senior project manager of Rhein-Koester.

The class deeply analyzed the development of German ‘Dual-system’ vocational training model, and it demonstrated the practical applications of ‘Dual-system’ in German colleges. After the class, the participants gave highly complimentary remarks to the trainers and the training class. Rhein-Koester would further invites experts from German vocational field to held more faculty trainings for domestic colleges, and we are dedicating to strengthen the training abilities, as well as to support colleges with team transformation into professional and innovative ‘Dual-teacher’ model.
