In order to enhance the cooperation between college and enterprise based on the integration between industry and education, as well as to promotes industrial transformation and the development of vocational education in Zibo, on 31th of March, 2021, the signing ceremony and the 2021th Industry-Education Integration & School-Enterprise Cooperation Promotion Conference was held in the academic lecture hall of Zibo Eletromechanical Engineering School. 

During the conference, Cui Zhi indicated that the core products and service of Rhein-Koester covers Training Services for Intelligent Manufacturing, Public Service of Industry-Education, and New Industrial Services; Rhein-Koester served more than hundreds of colleges in accumulation. Rhein-Koester would actively implement the ‘Cooperation Plan between Shandong and German Vocational Education’ based on its resources, trainer teams and talent development plan; additionally, Rhein-Koester would strive to transform and localize the traditional German ‘Dual-system’ into a better way to meet demand in all regions, and develop talent development system in Zibo which through ‘junior-senior-applied undergraduates-postgraduates’. Rhein-Koester would help all local vocational colleges to promotes the implementation of ‘Revolution in Teacher, Textbooks, Teaching Method’, develop more professional trainers, improve the retention rate of students and teenagers, as well as enhance the economy development and lastly help to strengthen the high-quality development of society and economy.

Cui Zhi, the general manager of Rhein-Koester, has been awarded the ‘Industrial Professor’ of Zibo. The representatives from Shandong ZhongLe Educational Technology Co.,Ltd and Zibo Vocational Institute attended the signing ceremony. Sun Yingtao, the head of Zibo Bureau of Education, Li Zhengsheng, the secretary attended the ceremony and unveiled the nameplate of ‘Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education School of Zibo Industrial College’; Zhao Caixia, the deputy head of district, and Feng Yanbing, the vice director unveiled the nameplate of ‘Carbine Service Industry School of Zibo Mechatronics Engineering College’.

Sun Yingtao, the head of Zibo Bureau of Education, appealed the various enterprise and colleges to focus on the new demand of industries, continuously explore new cooperation models, and required the companies and colleges to integrates their resources to strengthen the fundamental supports; more importantly, he hopes them to constantly summarize experiences to develop the cooperation between college and enterprises which in order to promotes all-dimensional cooperation for development of vocational education in Zibo. Lastly, he wishes both sides to work together and focus on developing the ‘Zibo demo’ of ‘Integration between college and enterprise’ and ‘Cooperation between college and enterprise’, as well as contributes their educational advantages on economy development of Zibo.
