On 10th of April, 2021, Sun Yingtao, the head of Zibo Bureau of Education; Li Zhengsheng, the party member of the bureau and head of Basic Education Research Institute; Sun Longzhou, the chief of Vocational and Continuing Education Section; Qu Wenyue, the vice director of Zibo High-Tech Zone Administration Committee; Zhao Linxiu, the director of High-Tech Zone Culture&Education and Health Affairs Center; Cao Zhiguang, the vice director in the center; Mu Xiao, the section chief in the center; Liu Ruliang, the manager of High-tech Zone City Investment Development Department; Xu Tianbin, the vice director of High-Tech Zone Natural Resource Bureau; Wang Zongyue, the director of High-Tech Zone Key Project Management Office; visited Rhein-Koester.

After the visiting, Rhein-Koester and the delegation held seminar and discussed topics on promotion of the integration between industry and education, college and enterprises; as well as how to construct senior vocational education system.

Cui Zhi, the general manager of Rhein-Koester, indicated that the revolution on ‘Faculty team, Textbooks, Teaching Method’ is the impetus to promotes the development of vocational education. Rhein-Koester would continuously strengthen the integration between education and industry, fully contributes the technical advantages and international resources to actively plays the body which to develop education. Based on the innovative model of Industry-Education, Rhein-Koester would promotes all the local colleges to complete the revolution, and establish a talent training demo system which under model of ‘Governmental Support, Enterprise Manage, Cooperate between College and Company, Innovation’, and lastly to establish the ‘High land’ of vocational education in Zibo. 

Sun Yingtao, the head of Zibo Bureau of Education, highly praised the Rhein-Koester’s development concept of connection between ‘Industry chain-Innovation chain-Education chain-Talent chain’, he hopes Rhein-Koester to fully puts the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Demonstration Base（1st phase） into operation, and promotes the base construction of the 2nd phase; henceforth to develop new engineering majors construction, actively promotes the educational cooperation between college and enterprise, as well as provides local companies with professional compound talent resources. Additionally, he suggests to further extend the value chain, form a standardized industry-education operation model and  service system.
