From 20th to 22th of May, the 2021th National Vocational Skills Competition Exposition officially opened in Shandong International Convention & Exhibition Center. The expo displayed the reform and innovation achievements vocational education, showed vocational college under ‘Double High-levels Plan’, introduced the cooperation between college and enterprise, achievements made on vocational textbook, international cooperation of vocational education, high-land and innovation of Shandong vocational education, etc. 

378 junior and senior colleges attended the exposition, including 113 colleges as ‘Double High-levels’; 426 enterprises, 16 publishing house, 26 international exchange & cooperation project from about 10 countries showed in the expo, additionally, educational authorities from 16 cities in Shandong attended the expo, too. 

Rhein-Koester made a brilliant appearance in the three sections of ‘Industry-Education and College-Enterprise Cooperation Exhibition’, ‘International Exchange and Cooperation of Vocational Education’, and ‘Shandong Vocational Education Innovation High Land Exhibition’, during the expo, Rhein-Koester showed the industry 4.0 demonstrative production-line for practice training, and the innovat-ed achievements including loose-leaf textbooks which integrate infor-mation, digital, and IoT technologies. 

Exchange and Communication

Hao Yamei, the director of Secondary Vocation Section of Voca-tional Education & Adult Education Department, Ministry of Education of the PRC, visited the stand of Rhein-Koester. 

Bi Hongwei, the deputy mayor of Zibo; Sun Yingtao, the head of Zibo Education Bureau; Li Zhengsheng, the party member of Zibo Education Bureau, visited the stand of Rhein-Koester. 

Zhang Min, the director of Employment and Entrepreneurship section of Shandong Veteran Service Department, visited the stand of Rhein-Koester.

Xie Li, the deputy director of Vocational Education & Adult Education Department, Ministry of Education of the PRC, visited the stand of Rhein-Koester; Xie Li praised the Rhein-Koester’s talent development system and the loose-leaf textbooks, he hopes the Rhein-Koester would keep up the good work, and supports the development of vocational ed-ucation system.

On 22th of May, the delegates visited Intelligent Manufacturing Training Factory, the factory was jointly established by Jinan Voca-tional College and Rhein-Koester, and it was designed based on German industry 4.0 standards, including systems such as Totally Integrated Automation, Information Technology, Digital Twin, Industrial Inter-net,  MR Mixed Reality etc; it is focusing on German standardized professional talents development and has real industrial production capabilities; at the end of visiting, the factory received unanimous praise from the visitors. 

Signing Ceremony 

Jointly develop the Industry-Education loose-leaf textbooks

On 20th of May, the signing ceremony for cooperation between Rhein-Koester and Publishing House of Electronics Industry was held. Hu Xinzheng, the head of Senior Vocational Education brand of the pub-lishing house; Wang Yingxin and Xue Huaqiang  the section directors; Cui Zhi, the general manager of Rhein-Koester; Chen Peng and Huang Li, the vice general manager of Rhein-Koester; Hu Pengchang, the head of Education department, attended the ceremony. 

The two parties cooperate to develop loose-leaf textbooks, addition-ally will gradually cooperate in fields of Sino-German intelligent manufacturing and integration between industry & education, as well as to jointly establish ‘Rhein-Koester & Publishing House of Elec-tronics Industry Industry-Education textbook R&D Center’. The two parties are willing to develop a high quality loose-leaf textbook which reflects the achievements in the integration between industry and education. 

 Develop New Kinetic — Create a new pattern for the development of 5G application in the integration between  Industry and Education

On 20th of May, Rhein-Koester signed 5G cooperation agreement with Shandong Broadcasting Network Corporation Ltd. Liu Jiyong, the gen-eral manager of Shandong Broadcasting Network Corporation Ltd; Huang Ping, the vice general manager; Feng Guang, the head of Institute of Science and Technology; Jiang Tiemin, the vice director of Customers Group Department; Cui Zhi, the general manager of Rhein-Koester; Chen Peng and Huang Li, the vice general managers, attended the signing ceremony. 

The two parties will jointly establish ‘Shandong Broadcasting 5G+ Supporting Center’, ‘Shandong Broadcasting Rhein-Koester 5G Innova-tion Lab’, and jointly implement the 5G Digital Talents Development Project for development of 5G talents. The both parties will cooper-ate to implement ‘5G Technology Skilled Talents Commissioned Train-ing Project’, and actively implement the ‘Network Strategy’, 5G Industry Cooperation Project to provides authorities, enterprises and colleges with information basic facilities and digital services; sup-ports the ‘Replacement of Old Drivers of Growth’, develop new ki-netic and accelerate the industrialization process of 5G

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology(MIIT), released the talent evaluation project in key industries.

Rhein-Koester is a talent capability evaluation supports unit in the three key areas (digital twin, industrial robot and industrial inter-net) of the MIIT. Focusing on the actual needs of industrial talents, Rhein-Koester contributes its internet+intelligent manufacturing industry-education resources to design and optimize applied talent system of industrial internet, and develop technicians and innovative talents in industrial internet. Li Jinyang, technical director of Rhein-Koester Industrial Internet, shared the development ideas, implementation routes and supports for development around the construction of talent development system in industrial internet, based on the above, Rhein-Koester will fully contributes the advantage resources to supports talent development in industrial internet.

At the forum of Industry-Education and School-Enterprise cooperation and innovation, Wang Wei, the project director of Rhein-Koester (China) gave an report on topic of ‘Localization of Dual-system — Creating a new sample of reform of Teacher groups, Textbooks, Teaching method and the Integration between industry & education’, he demonstrated typical cases for collaborative talent development between enterprise and colleges. 

Liu Dali, the vice general manager of Rhein-Koester, delivered a wonderful speech on topics of ‘The difficulties and breakthroughs of the three reforms (Teacher groups, Textbooks, Teaching method) — Practice of reform in Mechatronics’.
