On May 22, 2021, Lu Thai Textile Co.,Ltd "Electrical Individual Champion Competition" was held in the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Public Training Base of the New and Old Kinetic Energy Conversion Industry Public Training Base in Rhinkester. Twelve contestants from Lu Thai Textile Co.,Ltd competed together.

This contest aims to enhance electrical maintenance service quality employees and electrical workers technical level, vigorously carry forward the spirit, fully tap the worker potential, build than learning to catch up with good atmosphere, inspire and mobilize the staff efforts to delve into the enthusiasm of technology, improve the quality of the technical skills, promote job success, to strengthen the construction of a gleam of talent team. The examiner of Lu Thai Textile Co.,Ltd and the examination team of Rhinkeste Double Cross Training Center strictly arranged the competition procedure according to the relevant regulations to ensure the smooth progress of the competition.

Electrical training equipment independently developed by Rinekeste is adopted throughout the competition. The competition project is based on typical tasks of the enterprise, which is divided into three parts: electrical automation installation and assembly process assessment, typical fault repair, and equipment function transformation. The competition scores will comprehensively assess employees' professional skills and core competence from three aspects: professional quality, professional skills, and equipment function demonstration report.
